**YOUR ROLE AS**:
As an **Executive, Ancillary (Ancillary Products)**, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects that drive ancillary product sales and operational efficiency. You will analyze market conditions, track competitor activities, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. Your role involves translating data into strategic insights to support decision-making and enhance overall business performance.

**WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION**:

- Manage projects requiring the integration of multiple tasks and details, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new ancillary products or services.
- Track the status of projects at various development stages to ensure progress as planned.
- Review ancillary data and reports to detect issues requiring immediate action.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Ground Operations, Customer Happiness, Marketing, and Ancillary Pricing, to ensure seamless ancillary product sales and operations.
- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports, highlighting key changes and trends.
- Translate data into actionable strategic insights and communicate results to support decision-making.
- Work closely with Data, Research, and Insights teams to validate business ideas, hypotheses, and performance metrics.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Operations Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, ensuring effective information flow between departments.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent presentation skills for delivering results and ideas to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop quick solutions.
- Proactive in monitoring competition and staying updated on industry developments.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

**SOFT SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
