**Support Group AirAsia Airline Core Ancillary Revenue Management Function**:

- ** Responsible to execute roll-out of AirAsia Aviation Commercial strategy covering pricing, product offering & campaign initiatives.**
- ** Perform deep-dive analysis to identify pricing revenue opportunities and assess initiative effectiveness to recommend improvement opportunities**
- ** Monitor revenue performance for online & offline channels at regional level and perform root cause analysis to develop corrective strategy or** recommend a mitigation plan to overcome it**
- ** Develop campaign promotion mechanism to support Regional campaign and perform impact assessment**
- ** Analyze a range of data sources (revenue, customer feedback, marketing), synthesize the findings down to clear and poignant articulations of problems for the organization to solve.**
- ** Develop, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and highlight the changes. **Translate data outputs into strategic insights and communicate the results with the stakeholders that will help decision making**
- ** Compile data, conduct analyses of data to prove or disprove the hypothesis and develop business case elements to highlight the financial implication of the recommendations.**
- ** Actively track market trends and competitor actions to drive commercial strategy**
- ** Work closely with different stakeholders i.e Route Revenue/ Pricing Ops/ Marketing/ Product/ Data Science/ Operation etc to jointly ensure successful execution of pricing initiative**
- ** Manage small-scale projects as a part of project management responsibilities**
- ** Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned**

- ** Demonstrate airline business acumen including understanding of airline ancillary products, market dynamics, and passenger behaviour**
- ** Passionate about data-driven insights and ability to recommend appropriate strategies that drives impact to the business**
- ** Ability to work effectively with cross-functional affiliates/partners in a fast-paced environment**
- ** Meticulous, analytical, independent, willingness to learn and a self-starter**

**Qualifications & Skills**
- ** 1-2 years working experience**
- ** Excellent understanding of SQL programming.**
- ** Proficiency in Excel/ google sheets, PowerPoint/ slides, Tableau/ Data Studio, google analytics. Able to understand, implement and review financials.**
- ** Intermediate level (i.e. pivot tables, macro etc.) MS Excel skill**
- ** Experience in working with Google products such as Gsuites, Looker Studio, BigQuery is a plus**
- ** Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Actuarial science**
