SCOPE OF ROLE:
Repair & Maintain all Business Units Facilities, Guestrooms, Properties, Equipment and Asset. Responsible for all repair, maintain and replacement for all the preventive and corrective maintenance of all Business Units, front & back of the house, and continual execute of the preventive maintenance and follow through of the work order system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee various on and off-site maintenance procedures
- Manage teams of maintenance workers assigned to equipment repairs
- Execute general and preventive maintenance schedules
- Allocate tasks to junior facilities/maintenance.
- Carry out routine checks/inspection as per schedule.
- Monitor asset performance over a certain period of time
- Observe the frequency of maintenance intervals over the past year or more
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager to allocate sufficient resources to the task
- Supervise the on or off-site maintenance process
- Ensure all activities follow the safety and health procedures on site.
- Develop strategies to improve the performance of the company.
- Perform inspection regularly to identify problems as early as possible to prevent any problems occur in the future.
- Set schedules for maintaining and allocating workloads weekly.
- Train and give workshops to new staff
- Monitor all daily activities carry out in all business units is clean and tidy.
- Repair and maintain all used equipment and tools in order to keep in good condition.
- Comply with maintenance personnel to ensure the safety and quality of our operations during facility repairs.
- Prepared estimates of work hours, materials and resources required; initiated requisitions for materials and supplies; and audited reports and maintenance records or repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining the most cost-effective spare parts inventory level, and ensuring mínimal downtime by securing an accurately and sufficiently stock parts area.
- Maintain communication with other departments, management, and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of operation.
- Lockout-tag out requirements and wearing all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
- Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
