We are seeking an experienced Executive / Supervisor, Automation Maintenance to join our dynamic team at PKT LOGISTICS (M) SDN. BHD. in KLIA CARGO, SEPANG. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our automated systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

**What you'll be doing**
- Execute and monitor routine preventive maintenance program for robotics hardware consisting of Autostore, AGVs & AMRs
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated systems, working closely with the engineering and operations teams
- Coordinate and oversee the work of maintenance technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise the performance of automated systems

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance or automation supervisory role, preferably in the logistics or manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of automated systems, including PLC programming, robotics, and sensor technologies
- Routine inspection of material handling system (MHS) according to maintenance regime for Autostore, AGVs, AMRs & MHEs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a maintenance team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Coordinate and supervise works of vendors & suppliers to meet service level agreement (SLA) and quality.
- Handle/Support any assigned tasks/duties by supervisor/manager.
- Provide on-site technical 24/7 support, standby and respond of emergency.
- Ability to multitask and practice prioritization
- Able to work from height
- Able to work in day/night rotating shift pattern.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,484.43 per month
