**Job Type**:Full time | Ulu Tiram, Johor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, review, and implement OHS policies and procedures to meet regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Conduct regular safety audits, hazard/risk assessments, and inspections.
- Plan, conduct, and manage OHS training programs for all employees.
- Investigate workplace incidents, document findings, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit safety performance reports, incident logs, and statistical data to management.
- Halt unsafe practices and enforce corrective measures promptly.
- Conduct emergency response drills and maintain preparedness plans.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external regulatory bodies (e.g., DOSH, JKKP).
- Maintain and update safety documentation and compliance records.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of OHS regulations and safety management standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, EPA, ANSI).
- Certification(s) in occupational health, safety, or related fields (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, DOSH).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Bahasa Malaysia and English fluency preferred, depending on workplace context. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
