Responsible to make sure that no production interruption or line stop due to material unavailability and to ensure that all SCAR, RTV and Supplier/Vendor Performance Report is completed accordingly.
- Responsible on raw material monthly stock take accuracy.
- Responsible to make sure packaging/ raw material availability as per plan for NCB and CSD to avoid line stop.
- To minimize total plant wastage by reducing raw material excess stock holding
- To manage stock visibility accuracy by working together with Warehouse personnel
- To manage zero raw material write off due to stock count error, handling error and material planning error.
- To manage OOS of finish goods due to packaging/ raw material shortage.
- Managed all Quality Issues with Quality Assurance department related to SCAR and ensure that all rejected materials is returned and Debit Note is issued accordingly
- To oversee monthly Supplier/Vendor Performance Report in terms of Quality and Delivery Appraisal with Material Coordinator.
- To propose cost reduction initiative from time to time and to follow-up annual variable cost reduction request from supplier.
- Any other related function assign to you time to time.
- To adhere fully to the organization Health, Safety and Environment requirement.
- To undertake other duties/tasks requested by the Superior, in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role

**REQUIREMENTS (Education, Years of Experience, Skills, Etc)**
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in order management and production in manufacturing planning function;
- Good knowledge and understanding of material requirements planning
- Team player, independent, proactive, persistent, meticulous, result oriented, highly motivated, resourceful;
- Ability to communicate to all levels of management, and cross functionally with business partners;
- Computer literate with an aptitude for figures; and
- Proficient in English language both writing and spoken.
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
