**Responsibilities**: - Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision. - Manages day to day business of the operations department while balancing the responsibilities - Works closely with management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices. - Manage and lead Operation matters including Scheduling, Supply Chain & Operation - Develop strategy planning for overall Operation Supports. - Work with the management to meet annual plans and business goals. - Conduct continuous business improvement Scheduling, Supply Chain & Operation, which is able to track and report the outcome of the business improvement plan. - Develop leadership across the different levels of the organisation. - Identifying potential problems and points of friction and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue. - Develop a positive work culture to nurture every team member throughout the organisation to bring the best out of each individual. - Oversee and coordinate day to day activities to ensure smooth operations. - Well implementing SOP & simply processes to ensure scalable operation in place. **Requirements**: - At least 5 years working experience in handling operation & project management. - Familiar with Microsoft Office. - Possess own transport and must be willing to travel.
