The job requires you to:

- Responsible for the storage of the warehouse inventory, ensure the safety of the inventory in the warehouse
- Responsible for the daily management of inventory
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle stock counts
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintaining a record of the same day
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor sourcing for warehouse and office.
- Maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Supervise technical staff, ensuring daily checks, repairs, and recommendations for property maintenance and upgrades
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

**Job Requirement**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Someone with at least Diploma/Degree or equivalent
- Technical knowledge or estate management skills will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and multi-task.
- Highly motivated, initiative and ability to work independently
- Demonstrates team spirit

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
