**The Impact You’ll Make**

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Organizing cross-functional project teams, you communicate team progress and survey best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

**What You’ll Do**
- Create and run pricing review programs including economic order quantities, consignment pricing, and other cost analytics
- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives on supply chain cost management data and analytics
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for future improvement
- Deliver presentations and training courses on supply chain cost management programs and findings from analysis
- Create visualizations to allow the broader supply chain community to track their progress on cost programs
- Collaborate with various stakeholders inside supply chain as well as across Lam, including organizing, leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams
- Communicates team progress
- Other supply chain operational and cost projects as assigned

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in supply chain, finance, operations, consulting, or others analytical field
- Data analytics experience including working knowledge of SQL and Excel
