1. Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase order and documents in accordance with approved PRF and quotation.
2. Meeting with suppliers and analysis the market trend.
3. Handling import and export shipments and documentations.
4. Coordinate with forwarding agent on the shipment’s status and schedule.
5. Dealing with customs officer from the port and other related government departments.
6. Application for the import and export permits.
7. Work with other team members on ensuring efficient work achieved.
8. Report daily / weekly / monthly duties to superior without delay.
9. Propose relevant ideas to improve work efficiency
