Buat Panggilan kepada Pelanggan - Eksekutif pengumpulan cuba mencari dan menghubungi pelanggan, terutamanya melalui telefon, untuk bercakap dengan mereka tentang hutang mereka. Ini termasuk menelefon pelanggan di rumah, di tempat kerja dan pada telefon selular mereka
- Rundingkan Jadual Pembayaran - Eksekutif kutipan bercakap dengan pelanggan untuk merundingkan pelan pembayaran dan jadual pembayaran yang sesuai dengan keadaan kewangan semasa mereka sementara masih membayar hutang.
- Nasihat Pelanggan - Eksekutif pengumpulan menasihati pelanggan tentang pelbagai pilihan pembayaran mereka. Jika tiada persetujuan pembayaran boleh dicapai, pegawai kutipan memaklumkan pelanggan tindakan selanjutnya yang mungkin diambil untuk mengutip hutang tertunggak.
- Mengekalkan Fail Pelanggan - Eksekutif pengumpulan memastikan fail pelanggan dikemas kini, merekodkan masa dan tarikh hubungan telah dibuat dan mencatat maklumat yang pelanggan telah terima tentang hutang mereka.
- Sediakan Penyata - Eksekutif kutipan menyediakan penyata untuk diberikan kepada jabatan kredit dan bank apabila pelanggan gagal memenuhi perjanjian pembayaran mereka atau apabila tiada perjanjian pembayaran boleh dibuat.
- Tulis Surat - Eksekutif kutipan menulis surat kepada pelanggan untuk memaklumkan hutang mereka. Apabila pelanggan gagal memenuhi kewajipan pembayaran mereka dan gagal membuat perjanjian pembayaran, pegawai kutipan menulis surat kepada agensi kredit, syarikat insurans, peguam dan majikan pelanggan untuk mengutip hutang tanpa bantuan pelanggan.
- Jawab Telefon - Eksekutif koleksi menjawab panggilan masuk daripada pelanggan dan individu lain.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
