**Position Title**: Retail Marketing & Business Support(Banking)

**Contract Period**:12 months contract with renewable

**Location**:Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur (nearby to MRT Tun Razak Exchange)

**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday/8.30am-5.30pm

**Salary**:RM 2,200 - RM 3,000/Month (depends on experience)

**Qualification**:Bachelor Degree in Banking/Marketing/Business Administration/ related field

**Intake**:Immediately

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor Degree in Banking/Marketing/Business Administration/ related field
- Have experience in retail marketing (banking field) / producing marketing materials (banking field) / administration would be good advantages
- Have experience in banking field/operation
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants with related experience encourage to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur
- Fresh graduate with good communication is welcome to apply
- Age Limit: Below 33
- Training will be provided; fast learner
- Malaysian Citizen only
- Able to start work immediately
- Able to work in contract basis for 1 year first (contract with renewable & possibility to absorb for permanent position after 1 year, depends on performance)
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Provide marketing and administrative support to Retail & Digital Business.
- Prepare periodic relevant reports, i.e. league table, AUM report, commission report, campaign report, marketing funding reports and etc.
- Prepare fund factsheet and fund update.
- Prepare marketing presentation slides.
- Prepare fund performance related reports, i.e. competitors’ analysis, fund analysis from Lipper, fund performance for annual and interim reports, peer income distribution statistic and etc.
- Prepare promotional and marketing collaterals.
- Assist in purchase premium & festive gifts.
- Conduct annual Due Diligence to partners.
- Compliance and Risks Management related reporting.
- Prepare marketing payment.
- System maintenance (e.g. upload fund factsheets, marketing collaterals, FAQs, disclaimer, etc.) for online platforms.
- Set-up and maintain and accurate fillings and record system to standard and easily accessible
- Effective and efficient communication of all the relevant support materials to internal and external.
- Work closely with internal departments and external parties to plan and execute all marketing support activities and events.
- Coordinate corporate communication with Group functions.
- Work closely with Compliance team to ensure all relevant marketing materials comply with guidelines.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
