1. Job Description

Customer Relations: Provide sales support and coordinate activities to foster client relationships through market and product research.

Sample Coordination: Work with customer service/QA QC team for pre-shipment samples and follow up with customers for approval status.

Sales Administration: Prepare sales quotations and monthly sales reports, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with the logistics department for shipment status updates.

Quality Feedback: Follow up with customers on after-sales feedback and product quality feedback.

Marketing Support: Coordinate with customer service and sales team for marketing activity preparations and participate in project support activities.

Data Management: Maintain business data center and networking among clients, business partners, and distributors.

Service Improvement: Develop customer service procedures, policies, and standards to improve service quality and facilitate business growth.

Order Handling and Follow up with production.

2) Working hour : 8 Hours Per Day / 6 Days Per Week

3) Salary package : 4.5K

4) Preference on race, gender, age : Chinese, Female, Age 25-35

5) Requirements on academy background & working experience:
BACHELOR DEGREE/COLLEGE DEGREE

1 YEAR OR 1 YEAR ABOVE WORKING EXPERIENCE

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
