Responsibilities

  1. Instant response to customer enquiries.

  2. Prepare sales order/ MO according to customer requirement and

check excess quantity before release MO to planner or production.

  1. Cooperate with planner to arrange for production.

  2. Resolve shipment issues with sales executive and storekeeper.

  3. Coordinate sales activities and sales processing paperwork.

  4. Prepare quotation on behalf of Sales Manager/ Executive.

  5. Generate delivery schedule.

  6. Issue and pass sample requisition form to production.

  7. Update the balance of customer PO.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)
