**Business Analyst**:
- Experienced in Treasury products and ability to advice on business related issues on Treasury & Market’s treasury system, consumer & private banking channels and Group Technology.

BA 10+ years experience will assist in delivering this programme by:
Expected to have good understanding of main functional & technical components of the treasury & market’smodule and its capabilities:
Very good experience and knowledge about trade attributes and their workflows for different treasury products and their trade life cycles (i.e. Foreign Exchange, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Structured Products)
Preparation of business requirements, functional & technical design for the regional distribution system
Interact with business users to understand & gather the requirements & ensuring that the requirements are being translated & communicated effectively to vendor for solution delivery
Interact with business users to impart training on various functionalities of the regional distribution system
Carry out the Analysis of the issues raised by the users, classify them appropriately as bug/ enhancement, suggest appropriate resolution action and ensure delivery of the same.
Interacting with client relationship manager to ensure timely resolution of issues or quality delivery of the requisite functionality
Plan the migration strategy of various systems into new system
Understand trade events, market operations and their processes
Ability to understand trade and settlement workflows
Event management

Agile, Jira and Confluence working experience

**Core Competencies**:
**Must Have**:

- Experience in Treasury Applications as Business Analyst / System Analyst is required (i.e FinIQ, Ret-AD, SWAT)
- Hands on experience in migration activities of Treasury Systems
- Good understanding and working experience of designing and implementing building blocks:
Product knowledge - Foreign Exchange, FX Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Markets, Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodity Derivatives, Structured Products
Understanding Trade workflow
Connections between workflows
Amendment agent for event management
Good knowledge in FO, Risk, P&L and Derivative products
Good understanding of Valuation & MTM calculations
Understanding of Market Data sources, cleansing and its impact to P&L
- Ability to work proactively, independently when necessary and displays strong initiative.
- Multicultural awareness.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent team player


**Preferred**:

- Experience on Pricing, P&L, Market data and Financial static data
- Query: MySQL
- Exposure to Messaging: XML/FPML
- Exposure to Unix/Shell Scripting
