After years of development, Desince is now one of the leading e-commerce participants in Malaysia and promise to improve & contribute continuously. **WHAT WE SELL?** Full range of fashion related products ranging from men's to women's, from formal wear to casual wear. **EMPLOYEES** 90 - 100 staff **COMPANY REWARDS** - "Top Orders 2022 in Fashion Category in Lazada" - February 2023_ - "Top 3 Sidec ECM 2024, 2nd Runner Up " - May 2024_ - "the CHAMPION for Top E-Commerce Merchant 2025 award organised by Sidec"_ - Create engaging and effective product images, store banners, animated images or short videos as required for all E-commerce & Social Media platforms. - Create all related design for marketing purposes and ensure graphics design are up to par with required standard. - Render, populate and adapt product images, key visuals, marketing text on to template provided or created by the designer. - Contribute to team management of E-commerce store (Shopee/Lazada/ Shopify) and Social Media channels (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok) to ensure marketing campaign and effort transform across all digital mediums. - Continuously monitor and optimize graphic content to improve conversion rate of the listings. - Creatively plan & create attractive design for E-commerce shop layout for every marketing campaigns. - Continuously update platform listing & media requirements knowledge of each channel. - Proactive in research for efficient content marketing strategy, better layout and best tools available. - Brainstorming for each campaign, promotions, photoshoot & marketing plan. - Liase and maintain a good communication with a related Department & person in charge. - Do any ad-hoc task as assigned. **Requirements**: - Experience or have a good knowledge/ skills in Art, Graphic Design, Multimedia or in related field. - Experience working in Creative Team or Fashion Industry is added advantage. - Proficient in editing software (Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator ) Adobe Premier and other's software is a plus. - Ability to meet deadlines and effective time management skills. - Able to give and receive constructive critics. - A strong eye for visual composition. - Experience with computer - aided design. - Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Free parking - 15% staff discount on Desince products - Insurance & medical coverage (including panel clinic) - Medical benefits - EPF / SOCSO / EIS / PCB - Monthly lunch gathering treat - Company trips & staff activities - Annual salary increment - Yearly bonus - Company-provided laptop and necessary devices - Positive company culture and supportive working environment - Opportunities to grow and build a long-term career with us **Working Hours**: - 9.00 am - 5.30 pm including 1 hour break. - Alternate Saturday & Sunday is a restday. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Free parking - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: - Attendance bonus - Overtime pay - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Kapar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
