This internship provides hands-on experience in real design projects, working closely with our product and creative team. After years of development, Desince is now one of the leading e-commerce participants in Malaysia and promise to improve & contribute continuously. **WHAT WE SELL?** Full range of fashion related products ranging from men's to women's, from formal wear to casual wear. **EMPLOYEES** 80 - 90 staff **COMPANY REWARDS** - "Top Orders 2022 in Fashion Category in Lazada" - February 2023_ - "Top 3 Sidec ECM 2024, 2nd Runner Up " - May 2024_ - "the CHAMPION for Top E-Commerce Merchant 2025 award organised by Sidec"_ **JOB DESCRIPTION**: - Create engaging and effective product images, store banners, animated images or short videos as required for all E-commerce & Social Media platforms. - Create all related design for marketing purposes and ensure graphics design are up to par with required standard. - Render, populate and adapt product images, key visuals, marketing text on to template provided or created by the designer. - Contribute to team management of E-commerce store (Shopee/Lazada/ Shopify) and Social Media channels (Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok) to ensure marketing campaign and effort transform across all digital mediums. - Continuously monitor and optimize graphic content to improve conversion rate of the listings. - Creatively plan & create attractive design for E-commerce shop layout for every marketing campaigns. - Continuously update platform listing & media requirements knowledge of each channel. - Proactive in research for efficient content marketing strategy, better layout and best tools available. - Brainstorming for each campaign, promotions, photoshoot & marketing plan. - Liase and maintain a good communication with a related Department & person in charge. - Do any ad-hoc task as assigned. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field. - Proficient in editing software (Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator ) Adobe Premier and other's software is a plus. - Ability to meet deadlines and effective time management skills. - Able to give and receive constructive critics. - A strong eye for visual composition. - Experience with computer - aided design. - Demonstrate graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. - Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a team environment. - Can start internship immediately. **Benefits**: - Free parking. - Monthly staff lunch gathering. - Staff activities. - High-performing interns may be offered a permanent position after the internship ends. **Working Hours**: - Monday to Saturday - Alternate Saturday - 9:00 am - 5:30 pm including 1 hour break. **HOW TO APPLY**: - Updated resume - Design portfolio (PDF or link) - Official university/college internship letter **Application for Graphic Design Internship - Your Name.** **Job Type**: Internship Contract length: 3-6 months Pay: RM600.00 per month **Benefits**: - Free parking - Meal provided - Professional development Work Location: In person
