**QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum qualification diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Have at least 3 year of experience in the field of Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess own transport, got license (B2/D) and prepare to travel occasionally
- Proficient in MS Office / MS Excel / MS Power Point / MS Project others software are advantages
- Independent and able to work well under pressure and minimum supervision
- Can do 3D jobs (Dirty, Dangerous and Demanding / Difficult)
- Can work under the hot weather

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
- Inspect and monitor at all times each stage of the construction works, including structure works, architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works and the infrastructure works
- Identify all remedial / outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
- Drafting and submitting budget proposal and recommending subsequent budget changes when necessary
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
- Ensure proper planning and organization of site works, setting out, optimal usage of materials, equipment, machinery and manpower
- Check limits the wastage of materials for the project
- Conduct oncoming materials check to ensure correct delivered materials on site before it is installed on site
- To understand site condition for hoisting, distributions and installation
- Site inspection and reporting progress to management
- Gather information, develop solution, adjust to necessary changed in work sequences and resolve site issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on trac

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
