Sensoria Kids is a growing child enrichment centre focused on sensory play, creativity, and early learning experiences. We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and friendly Admin to support the day-to-day operations of the centre. This role is essential to helping parents feel cared for, keeping classes running smoothly, and supporting the team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Parent Communications & Enquiries
- Respond to messages from new leads and existing parents via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
- Send weekly reminders and booking messages to students and enquiries
- Follow up with parents for package renewals and outstanding payments
- Handle challenging parent concerns professionally (e.g. illnesses, complaints, last-minute changes)
2. Class & Schedule Coordination
- Maintain and update class schedules, slot availability, and student lists
- Record and track attendance using Excel and Google Sheets
- Coordinate with teachers regarding class needs and student updates
3. Sales & Reporting
- Generate and issue payment receipts using Imonggo POS (training provided)
- Prepare weekly sales reports and reconcile against payments received
- Provide weekly updates to management on sales and enrolment
4. Onboarding & Information Management
- Guide new parents through onboarding and registration
- Clearly explain packages, fees, and policies
- Maintain organised centre documents, fee printouts, forms, and parent databases (Google Drive, Excel)
5. Centre & Team Support
- Assist in preparing printouts or materials for class when needed
- Track supplies and help with general centre tidiness and organisation
- Coordinate with teachers and part-timers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help onboard part-timers or team members when needed
6. Content & Events Support
- Capture and organise photos from classes and events for social media content
- Assist with simple poster design or visuals using Canva or Illustrator (preferred but not required)
- Support weekend events or campaigns such as birthday parties, workshops, messy play sessions, or special activities
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or BM is a plus)
- Organised, reliable, and tech-savvy (comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Suite, etc.)
- Friendly and professional in communication with parents and team
- Prior admin or centre-based experience preferred
- Creative flair or interest in early childhood is a plus
**Schedule**:
Our centre is open on Wednesday to Sunday.
- Wednesday to Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
