Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Executive
Are you a dynamic marketer ready to make a significant impact in the digital landscape? We're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and be a driving force behind our brand's success.

**Your Role**:
As a Marketing Executive at STRIP, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, contributing to the growth and engagement of our online community. Your responsibilities will include:

- Social Media Magic**: Develop and manage captivating content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more, building and nurturing our vibrant online community.
- Video Extraordinaire**: Create short, eye-catching videos for our social media platforms on a monthly basis, turning our brand vision into visual storytelling.
- KOL Guru - Assist in the management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and source new KOLs, aligning with our brand guidelines to expand our influence.
- Ad Alchemist - Run Facebook ads, conduct audience segmentation, and work your magic to optimize conversion rates for all our campaigns.
- Analytics Wizard - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, offering valuable insights and proposing strategies to optimize results.
- Google Ads Maverick - Collaborate with agency to strategize and optimize Google Ads campaigns, ensuring we meet our campaign goals.
- Team Player - Work closely with the marketing team to execute daily marketing operations, maintaining alignment and accuracy in all marketing collaterals and reports.
- Partnership Pro - Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and report on the progress of partnerships.
- Marketing Maestro - Assist the team in executing marketing programs, launches, on ground activities (roadshows, in house events and etc) and Public Relations events.
- Ad-Hoc Ace - Tackle marketing ad-hoc duties and craft marketing-related presentations and proposals that dazzle.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
- Knowledgeable and experience in SEO, SEM, Meta Ads Manager, various social media platforms, digital tools and website analytics.
- Proven working experience on any Marketing-related role in an agency will be an added advantage.
- Takes initiative to solve problems and ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong sensitivity of current and upcoming MY trends to generate engaging localized content.
- Has excellent verbal and written skills in English and Bahasa. Able to engage with a diversity of people
- Passionate, hard-working and a self-starter with a sense of urgency
