Facility Technician

Job Objectives:

- Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating for completing maintenance orders
- Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
- Responsibilities of checking, monitoring, recording, troubleshoot and conduct periodic preventive maintenance for all building facilities including electrical, cctv equipment, water supply, fire sprinkler, air-conditioning, doors, lights, oil traps, building roofing, building walls, factory fencing, vehicle parking, landscape and etc.
- Whichever on urgent basis to support and work closely with machine maintenance team on the repairing and fixing of the required machines
- To coordinate with all department and contractors to carry out the required facility and maintenance job without compromising the safety and quality of the job

Job Requirements:

- Must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Electrical
- Possess more than 2 years working experience in similar work
- Computer literate
- Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members
- Great time management, organization and prioritization abilites
- Keen attention to details and efficient problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- facility technician: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Kulai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Kulai: Relocate before starting work (required)
