Inspector (Aim)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Do first article confirmation in-line and offline based on AIM PCB Manual.

2. Ensure all product running at machine as follow latest modification issue by Engineering department.

3. Quality checking for every board after repair by repairer.

4. Quality checking for PCB lot balance, new model and trial shot.

5. Follow up machine process especially clinching condition. Twice per day (Axial & Radial).

6. Checking PCB output from machine for axial and radial process.

7. Sampling check output from AOI for SMT process.

8. Verified machine process and update onto report and checking bond strength twice per day for PCB with bonding process.

9. Hold reject products until corrective action had been taken or conditionally accepted by customer.

10. Additional responsibility as and when instructed by superior.

**EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION**

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Preferably minimum 1 year experience in Auto Insert Machine (AIM)/SMT.

3. Experienced in manufacturing environment and knowledge in AI/SMT will be an added advantage.

4. Has basic knowledge in English and simple calculation.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
