**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Teaching & Instruction**
- Deliver engaging science lessons aligned with the curriculum and Islamic principles.
- Develop lesson plans with integrated lab activities to support hands-on learning.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

**2. Laboratory Management**
- Prepare and maintain science laboratory equipment and materials.
- Support teachers and students during experiments and practical sessions.
- Manage inventory of lab supplies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lab environment.

**3. Student Support & Safety**
- Supervise students during lab sessions, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Provide additional guidance to students who need help understanding scientific concepts.
- Assist in preparing and grading lab-based assessments.

**4. Compliance & First Aid**
- Ensure lab activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Participate in safety drills and be ready to provide basic first aid when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science Education, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
- Experience in teaching science at secondary level is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory tools, safety practices, and school lab operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for Islamic education and nurturing young minds in accordance with Islamic values.
