Are you a skilled drafter with expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp and a passion for bringing your interior design vision to food and baverage retail? If you are, we want you on our team.

Placement: Damansara Utama, Malaysia
- Min diploma in architectural, engineering or construction related background
- Min 2 years drafting experience inc MEP drawing in retail / F&B / related industry
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUP

**Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Design and create store layouts, technical drawing, MEP that are functional and optimized for customer flow and productivity.
- Ensure drawings are accordingly to the site requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store designs, and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepares specification, bill of quantity, and bill of material documents, and detailed cost estimates for design projects.
