**Job Summary**
- Ensuring plant facilities are in serviceable and good working conditions.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant facilities such electrical installations,
plumbing fixtures and building services.
- Routine and Preventive Maintenance schedule planning for In-house facilities
(HVAC, Fire prevention system, and etc).

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out proper preventive maintenance, calibration, update maintenance checklist on equipment,
building facilities and offices, building systems, grounds, and structures as routine job.
- To handle basic miscellaneous facilities, electrical, plumbing repairs, install and maintenance
- Regular patrolling the buildings and reporting to HOD if any anomaly is detected.
- To inspect fire prevention system and schedule repairs when needed.
- Update older electrical systems for changes, cost reductions, improvement, and safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness at workplace is kept and maintained at all times.
- Ensure relevant documents are kept up-to-date
- To carry out any others duties as when instructed by the management from time to time.

- Manual dexterity and creative problem-solving skills when presented with a challenge.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree or equivalent 2 year(s) of working experience.
- Basic knowledge on electrical diagram, electrical rectification works, building facilities, and plumbing.
- Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess ability to work under pressure, tight schedules and in stringent environment
- Willing to support overtime as and when needed (after working hour and rest day)
- Microsoft Office expertise within MS Word & Excel is an advantage.
- Able to start immediately.
