Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with B2B clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify the best tech talent match for each client
- Communicate the value of our services to clients, including cost and time savings, to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat = business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies and competitors to remain competitive and provide strategic insight to the company

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech talent services
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and exceeding targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical information to clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM12,500.00 per month
