**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update content and posts to attract customers.
- Create contents and marketing material (post, video clicps, brochure and articles)
- Monitor the content of digital online sales and ecommerce to maximize audience traffic.
- Grow traffic on online digital sales platforms
- Customer service to answers any queries via online.
- To develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
- Understanding the full product range that going to in charge, do necessary research in order to create the quality content
- Assist in brand planning, integrated marketing, event management, ecommerce ,website management and social media marketing.
- Reliable, well-organized, and capable to work independently and efficiently under stressful conditions.
- Creating online digital sales and ecommerce planning to boost the online sales.

**Specification and Skills**:

- Aware on how to use
- online digital sales channel to attract the traffic and sales.
- Aware on how to use ecommerce & marketplace platforms e.g tiktok shop, shopee, Lazada, instagram and is up to date with current marketplace trends
- Independent, fun, creative
- Knowledge on Photography, Graphic Design, Video Shooting and Editing etc
- Products information research and analytic skill.

Qualification:

- Bachelor in Mass Communication, Sales, Marketing, Advertising and related field.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From RM900.00 per month
