Coordinator (Based in Petaling Jaya)

Ensure that all appointments of the Vice President Commercial Planning & Support are well coordinated and are reminded on a timely basis inclusive of postponements and cancellations.
- Ensure that all data for tracking, analyzing and reporting purposes are collated, organized and documented on a systematic and regular basis.
- Actively participate in problem solving.
- To ensure the proper and systematic filing of all correspondence, reports and other documents.
- To provide administrative support to the department.
- Assist in any other matters as and when required.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM / Diploma or Degree holder majoring in Finance, Accounts, Secretarial or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in a similar capacity
- Resourceful and meticulous self-starter, good analytical and communication/negotiation skills, results-driven, strong team player and pro-active.
- Good with numbers and have an eye for details
- Able to work under pressure while keeping a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
