Responsibilities: - 1. Shall properly inspect parts follow AQL 0.4% LII. **Remark: All IPQC Must have AQL card. 2. Check the parts inside the carton in 2 hourly basis and also do sampling check for those parts on conveyor. IPQC need to fill up & complete the Checklist. 3. Must follow 1st piece set-up condition samples & customer approval samples if deem needed. 4. Must properly inspected such as scratches, dented, sink mark, shot mold, flashes, high gating, over-cut, etc. 5. Must ensure operator follow Work Instruction (WI). 6. Ensure Jam part & auto parts (small parts after degating & weighing ) pack every 2 hours for inspection (Chop after complete inspected). 7. Any wrong doing by operator, must immediately alert to Production Leader/Supervisor. 8. If Reject, must put the warning light and turn on the alarm at the machine >>> highlight to Production team to make adjustment >>> On-Hold the lot with on hold tag >>> post the status to the WHATAPPS Group >>> After 15min, follow up the status after adjustment. Post to Stop Machine group after 4 hours no any improvement. **Remark: If prod did not take any immediate action, QA Engineer shall need to bring out at the GYAT meeting (Fill up the reject information check sheet). 9. Ensure the label is correct. a. Part Name b. Part Number c. Tooling d. Quantity **Remark: All IPQC must have Part Name & Number Card. 10. If Accept, verify by IPQC & stamp on the carton box label (Stamp at the IPQC square box properly). 11. To ensure any non-conformances or abnormality detected during inspection and immediately reported to the leader. a. If still have repeated issue after Production improved parts quality, IPQC shall feedback to QA Leader for him to engage with QA Supervisor. QA supervisor shall engage with production team for further improvements. b. For those repeated issue claimed by customer, IPQC shall need to receive training with complete training record & report from QA Leader/ QA Supervisor. c. To ensure production to improve parts defect within 2 hours and continuously follow up per hour. If there’s still no any improvement until 4 hours, IPQC need to feedback to IPQC leader. He/she have to publish in “Stop Machine” whatsapp group. 12. To ensure all IPQC report complete and verified by QA Supervisor. 13. To ensure that proper care is taken when handling various equipment. 14. Good discipline to be maintained at all times. 15. Ensure good housekeeping at working area according to 5S requirement. Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements: - 1. Minimum SPM. 2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Must be able to work flexible schedule, cover other shifts, and overtime as needed. Authority: - 1. Accept and reject production output. 2.
