Position : Application Support Specialist

Location : Kepong

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Mon - Fri

**Job summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Undergo comprehensive training to ensure smooth job knowledge transfer and onboarding.
- Assist in both onsite and remote system installations for new clients, ensuring systems are project-ready (overseas travel may be required).
- Participate in scheduled standby shifts to provide timely remote user support.
- Conduct training sessions (onsite and remote) to guide clients through product features and usage.
- Prepare technical documentation, including software user guides, customization requests, and software testing reports.
- Provide technical support for Point-of-Sales (POS) systems, including remote troubleshooting, diagnostics, and debugging.
- Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in technical support or system implementation.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in SQL commands and comfortable using networking tools for diagnostics.
- Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
