**Key responsibilities**:
**Inbound Logistics Arrangement**:

- Liaise with the sales manager on the scheduled orders to ensure the timely arrival of equine products as required.
- Review the purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents carefully to confirm their accuracy before submitting them for shipment.
- Coordinate with principals, overseas suppliers, and external common carriers, such as forwarding agents, shipping agents, and local transporters, regarding inbound logistics and routing plans for transporting equine products from overseas to local ports, warehouses, and customers' premises in West Malaysia.
- Track shipments according to requirements and respond to status inquiries from internal departments.
- Routinely review through the bills and invoices from inbound logistics suppliers and carriers for submission to the Finance department for processing.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping requirements.

**Outbound Logistics Arrangement**:

- Ensure proper arrangement of transportation of goods to end customers.
- Carry out outbound logistics arrangements according to sales and operational needs, transporting equine products from local ports, warehouses, and yards in West Malaysia to end customers in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Review through the completeness of sales orders and pre-delivery documents received from internal departments before the delivery of equine products.
- Coordinate with transportation providers (local transporters) and authorities as necessary for pre-delivery inspections and procedures before shipment.
- Routinely review through the bills and invoices from outbound logistics suppliers and carriers for submission to the Finance department for processing.

**Warehouse Arrangement**:

- Manage and control the daily activities to ensure an efficient smooth distribution and receiving operation
- Responsible for planning, delegating and overseeing all day operation of warehouse operation
- Monitor all aspects of storage, allocation, and control inventory stock levels
- Develop strategies for logistics processes, reduce cost and increase efficiency
- Control logistic & warehouse operating cost
- Ensure smooth daily operations
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum **THREE (3)** years of PROVEN experience in logistics roles
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Experience in building and developing a team
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel within Malaysia and occasionally to Singapore for meetings

Working Hour: 5 Days Work Week 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Tanjung Pelepas

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
