**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall warehousing functions of the company from receiving goods and issuing goods to customers.
- Take a leadership role in scheduling work and communicating work plans within the department, collaborate and liaise with other departments to ensure all assigned tasks are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers for ordering of equine products.
- Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics post-order placement to plan transportation and delivery.
- Perform routine stock assessments, closely monitor inventory levels, and strictly follow the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system to minimize product expiration and waste.
- Conduct necessary stock/cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory of equine products.
- Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction and safety rules.
- Provide timely and accurate reports and/or information on all inventory levels, receiving discrepancy and damage reports as needed in order to facilitate decision-making on warehouse related matters.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics system, incoming or outgoing stocks, or customer issue
- Assist in loading and unloading goods and delivery of goods to the customers (if necessary)
- To develop work process to bring in improvement
- To hold meeting to find ways to solve problem that may be arisen
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as instructed from time to time.

**Key requirements**:

- At least a Diploma / Degree in Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- At least 3 years hands-on experience in Warehouse operation & logistics skills
- Mature and possess strong leadership skills to lead and guide team
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build trust and communicate in a clear and concise way with all levels
- Able to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important in a multiracial working environment.
- Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
