Job Description:
Ensuring KFC suppliers complying with Yum programs (e.g. Yum STAR audit, Yum animal welfare, product cutting) as well as monitoring the food safety and quality of products supplied through internal monitoring program (e.g.QA checks, lab sampling).

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct plants’ QA checks for internal suppliers and external poultries.
- Coaching and monitor suppliers to comply with Yum STAR Audits requirement - Food Safety Audit, Quality Systems Audit, Distribution Quality Audit, Transportation Quality Audit and Packaging Facility Audit.
- Monitoring product quality through Yum product cuttings for core items.
- Provide guidelines and coach new potential suppliers for plant approval.
- Conduct pre-audit for actual Yum audit preparation for potential new suppliers.
- Review suppliers’ documentation for food safety and quality monitoring.
- Conduct experiments / tests whenever required.
- Review Shelf Life Matrix exception form from DC/SCM for approval.
- Support in handling complaints related to suppliers.
- Support lab sampling and test result monitoring.
Requirements:

- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent.
- Food Technologist (Executive) with 1 or 2-years working experience as it will speed up the training process to perform job with minor supervision. However, fresh graduate is still acceptable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
