**Job Summary**

As a **Drafter**, you will be responsible for producing **technical drawings and documentation** to support project execution for beverage processing systems and piping infrastructure. You will work closely with the **Site Engineer** and **Project Manager** to ensure that drawings are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with project specifications and hygienic standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and update **2D CAD drawings** and **3D models** for beverage process equipment layouts and sanitary piping systems.
- Draft and revise **Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)**, general arrangement drawings (GA), isometric piping drawings, and fabrication drawings.
- Assist the design and engineering teams in converting conceptual and layout sketches into accurate technical documentation.
- Ensure all drawings adhere to **industry standards** such as **3-A, ASME BPE, GMP**, and internal drafting protocols.
- Perform **material take-offs (MTOs)** and assist in the preparation of **bill of materials (BOMs)**.
- Coordinate with the site team to update drawings based on actual conditions and installation changes.
- Prepare **as-built drawings** after project completion for final submission to clients.
- Maintain organized drawing files and version control of all technical documentation.
- Participate in **site visits** for layout verification and measurement when required.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate or Diploma in **Mechanical Drafting**, **Engineering Design**, or related field.
- 1-3 years of drafting experience, preferably in the **beverage, food, or sanitary process industry**.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** (2D essential), with added advantage in **SolidWorks** or other 3D modeling tools.
- Good understanding of **mechanical components**, **sanitary piping**, and **process layouts**.
- Able to interpret **P&IDs, isometric drawings**, and mechanical schematics.
- Detail-oriented with strong drafting accuracy and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Willing to support site activities, including **on-site measurements and drawing adjustments**.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Experience in **stainless steel piping layout**, equipment skids, and hygienic system drafting.
- Familiarity with food & beverage plant environments and sanitary design considerations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
