Our client is seeking an Architectural Coordinator with Drafter responsibilities who is responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects. Here's what you'll be diving into:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate architectural activities and ensure smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and design proposals for accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD software
- Utilize AutoCAD to create accurate and high-quality drawings, ensuring adherence to design intent and project requirements
- Assist in developing design concepts and providing input during the design development phase
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of architectural deliverables
- Conduct site visits to assess and verify existing conditions and ensure adherence to design intent during construction
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve design-related issues and provide clarifications as needed
- Maintain a database of architectural drawings, revisions, and project documentation
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets related to architectural activities
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in architectural designs

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Coordinator or Drafter in the construction industry
- Expertise in using AutoCAD software to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise and well-executed drawings using AutoCAD
- Effective coordination and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
