BIM Modeler - Experienced and Fresher

**Location**: Malaysia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for electrical projects using Revit, AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of design concepts and project requirements.
- Interpret and translate designs into detailed 3D models and documentation.
- Perform clash detection and coordination with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
- Generate shop drawings, schedules, and other deliverables directly from BIM models.
- Update and maintain BIM models to reflect project changes and revisions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, project standards, and BIM protocols.
- Provide technical support and BIM-related insights to the design and project teams.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM modeling for electrical but freshers can also apply.
- Proficient in software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of domain knowledge, space planning, and material specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and clash detection tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of additional BIM tools or platforms is an advantage.
- Certification in BIM modeling or related fields will be a plus.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
