Job Title: BIM Modeler

Location: Singapore

Develop 3D models based on architectural, structural, and MEP designs using BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Coordinate models across multiple disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP).
- Extract and prepare 2D documentation (floor plans, sections, elevations, details) from BIM models.
- Assist in clash detection and coordination processes.
- Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors.
- Update models as needed based on design changes and client feedback.
- Support the BIM Manager in standardization and implementation of BIM protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or CAD Technician in the AEC industry.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit; knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: RM6,503.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
