Role: Junior BIM Modeler

Location: Singapore

Junior BIM Modeler typically works under the supervision of senior modelers, architects, or engineers. Responsibilities include:

- **Modeling**: Create 3D models of architectural, structural, or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems using BIM tools like Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks.
- **Drawing Production**: Prepare 2D drawings and construction documentation from 3D models.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure that models are accurate and clash-free.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update BIM models with correct parameters and project data.
- **Standards Compliance**: Follow company and industry BIM standards and protocols (like ISO 19650 or LOD standards).

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of BIM software (especially **Revit**).
- Understanding of construction drawings and building systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and communication abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow technically.

Education & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in **Architecture**, **Engineering**, **Construction Technology**, or a related field.
- BIM certification or training (beneficial but not always required).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,242.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
