**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to coordinate multidiscipline model for all discipline and making sure it has been coordinated with latest design and construction, review 3D model and 2D design and compiling detailed reports on discrepancies and clashes.
- Assist the BIM Manager in conducting meetings with the BIM team and the stakeholders, predicting and mitigating risk using current technology and demonstrating a proactive approach to learning new skills such as tender preparation and improving the BIM knowledge and skills.
- Responsible to play a role in facilitating effective communication and collaboration among various disciplines including Architecture, Structural, Civil, Signalling, Trackworks, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Communication Systems to enhance project phases.
- Review 3D model and 2D design drawing.
- Preparing discrepancy / issues / clash report.
- Conduct / attend meetings with ICC Team & Stakeholders.
- Able to predict risk and resolve conflict by using current technology.
- Willing to learn new things (such as prepare project tender, improve ongoing BEP, teach others, give awareness about BIM).
- Able to actively communicate and collaborate with Architecture, Structure, Civil, Signalling, Trackwork’s, Mechanical - Electrical - Plumbing, and Communication System to improve project phases.

**Requirements**:

- Having experience working with MEP design firm or site team. Knowledge in Railway System will be an advantage.
- Having experience working with Railway System design firm or site team.
- Knowledge in MEP will be an advantage.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- BIM Modelling certification will be added advantage.
- Proficient in BIM related software, e.g. Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD.
- Attention to detail person.
- Have experience creating and maintaining BIM LOD 300 until LOD 500.
- Have experience dealing with 3D, 4D & 5D throughout the project phases will be added advantage.
- Have experience updating BEP will be added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
