**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules and regulations
- Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
- Greet and welcome visitors or clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with meeting/ training room’s schedule and coordination
- Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- To monitor cleaner’s work according to schedule and to ensure common areas are clean and tidy
- Maintain proper record of stationery and office equipment supply
- Provide administrative support to registration of marketing advertising
- Assist to update system portal when receiving warehouse shipment
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs as needed
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and presentable appearance
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
