**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Minimum qualification with a certified Bachelor's Degree in any related field.

2. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Safety Compliance and managing Security Officers/Guards (local or foreign worker). Experience working in any critical facilities are added advantage.

3. Familiar with Health & Safety regulations.

4. Preferable with experience/knowledge with audit from certified body like SIRIM:ISO 27001, TVRA, RMiT and PCIDSS.

5. Preferable registered as OSH Coordinator and has attended Safety & Health Officer course with certificate.

6. Able to conduct training, risk assessment, analysis, auditing, and inspection related to security, safety, and related compliance.

7. Proficient in MS Office and computer literate.

8. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

9. Flexibility to adopt changes in day-to-day work requirements and multitasking.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Administering and maintaining of adequate and effective security for all measures within the buildings compound.

2. Possess overall knowledge of the security, general administrative aspect and act promptly on any related matters is required.

3. Conduct and perform policy document, filing, by review and update from time to time as when as required.

4. Ensure professionalism of services from outsourcing team such as security personnel, cleaner, general worker and vendor.

5. To conduct safety and security training/briefings for staff/vendors and ensure they adhere to the procedures

6. Implement and maintain of ISO 27001, TVRA, PCIDSS and others related compliance practices including processes, documentation, audit, training and quality control.

7. Ensure all entries and exits are checked and did not compromise on unauthorized access in or out from the data center.

8. Manage the Visitor Management Systems (VMS), Security Access Card System (SACS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV). Ensure and performed the data back up and system according to the standard and policy.

9. Ensure that the tenants’ authorized persons list is updated on regular basis.

10. Lead and prepare relevant document or report as required by tenants, and auditor.

11. Lead for inquiries into all security and safety matters, fire, Government laws and Local authority compliance as related.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
