Job Description:

  • Act as the point of contact for all security-related matters.
  • Monitor on-guard physical access control systems.
  • Perform alarm and CCTV monitoring.
  • Respond to alarms and handle incident responses.
  • Manage access control for authorized personnel.
  • Assist vendors as required.
  • Access and attend to trouble ticket systems.
  • Analyze and report security gaps to the line manager.

Requirement:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Certificate in any related field and previous working experience in corporate security
  • Working Knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control system, incident management software, other video surveillance software
  • Ability to converse in fluent English with addition to security industry qualification
  • Remain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under urgency and in pressured situation.
  • Able to meet the requirements for specific skills, certification or authorizations specified for the assigned accounts.
  • 1 or more years of experience in the security industry / handling security events, safety incidents, emergency incidents with supervisory experiences.
  • Security / medical / first aider/CPR/AED license or certifications is added advantage.
  • Must be able to undergo other mandatory licensing requirements.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple task concurrently.
  • Must be capable of being in rotational shifts to improve job understanding.

Salary scale:

  • RM4,500 - RM4,800 (including allowance, OT, and public holiday)

  • 24 days work/month
  • 12 hours per shift
