**Job Description & Requirements**

The Manager of Entertainment & Events is responsible for all Events & Entertainment creative & operational requirements. He/She requires to have in-depth knowledge of Events, Concerts & Ticketing experience. Responsible for the management of all Events & Entertainment standards, standard operating procedures & leadership of Events & Entertainment department. Work closely with Head of Department in making sure all events & entertainment offerings are executed in the highest of standard.
- Extensive Events & Entertainment experience required and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast, rapid changing environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of Executive Management experience in managing Events & Entertainment Operations.
- Minimum of 10 years Live Entertainment experience.
- Solid knowledge in artist procurement, concert and ticketing will be added advantage.
- Experience of budgeting, cost analysis, ticketing, event planning, contracting & negotiating with third party vendors experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong Leadership & Business Acumens skills.
- Excellent verbal and written Chinese & English / Mandarin communication skills.
