**What will you be engaged in?**
- Business partnering with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring needs in ensuring value alignments
- Handle the process of engaging freelancers and part-timers
- Undertake and support Talent Acquisition projects to develop new, novel approaches to assess and acquire the best talent for SOCAR
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of Strategic Talent Acquisition processes to enrich SOCAR's Excellence Hub
