We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to our organization. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support various hiring initiatives and gain valuable experience in the recruitment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent through social media, job boards, and other recruiting channels
- Participate in team meetings and assist with developing recruitment plans and strategies
- Aid in discovering appropriate university partnerships
- Support other Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed

**; Requirements: - Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
