We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to be a key support in our hiring process and play an essential role in strengthening our talent pipeline and people development efforts.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will play a key support role in identifying and attracting top talent, contributing to various recruitment initiatives, and gaining hands-on experience in the hiring process. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the decision-making process. Additionally, this role supports the preparation of job offers, the onboarding process, and post-recruitment activities such as preparing recruitment materials. The intern will also conduct research on industry trends and competitor hiring practices, providing valuable insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Assist to create job descriptions and job requirements.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong fit with job requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage candidate feedback, and facilitate decision-making processes to ensure timely and effective hiring
  • Prepare job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Support the post-job postings and recruitment materials.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including brainstorming creative content ideas, supporting video production, editing to post it in our social media and Koppiku LinkedIn page.
  • Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any related fields
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply/ internship for up to 6 months
  • Preferable can speak mandarin language
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
