**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all activities related to import/export shipments from project initiation to delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment and clearance.
- Follow up actively with runners on the approval process for import and export shipments.
- Resolve any ad-hoc issues that arise during the import/export process.
- Assist the Forwarding Manager in following up on shipments and providing updates to customers.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on shipment status, project milestones, and any issues or delays.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Have 2-4 years experience in import/export operations, logistics or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of import regulations, customs clearance processes, and trade documentation.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities to work with external and internal stakeholders.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
