Responsible for day-to-day administration including providing general administration support and data entry in record-keeping. - Handle office tasks such as documentation and generating reports. Answers & makes phone calls. - Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Daily checks on the new announcements for projects/tenders at Eperolehan website. - Handling of the tender submission from start to end. - Other related responsibilities & ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
