Source and negotiate with local supplier and vendors for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, term, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Place order of material and ensure material to be delivered on time by suppliers.
- Based on competitive quotations, to prepare costs comparison listing of material pricing.
- Maintain purchasing data and pricing of purchasing activities in the system and prepare project costing report.
- To match invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders and other supporting documents.
- Liaise with warehouse team on any shortage / damage of goods when items arrive and follow-up with supplier accordingly.
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
