**About Us**: Kopi Saigon is the largest Vietnamese coffee brand in Malaysia with 91 outlets. We are passionate about delivering authentic Vietnamese coffee experiences and are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team.

As a Marketing Executive at Kopi Saigon, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns across all platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign & Advertising Management**
- Plan, implement and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital (Google/Facebook Ads), print, outdoor and in-store channels
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and recommend data-driven improvements

**Content Development & Social Media**
- Schedule posts, engage with the online community, track metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and stay on top of emerging formats (Reels, Stories, TikTok trends)

**Events, Promotions & Partnerships**
- Plan and execute promotional events, pop-ups, product launches and experiential activations, managing logistics and vendor relationships
- Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, KOLs, artists and complementary brands to maximize co-branding opportunities

**Customer & B2B Engagement**
- Design and implement customer-loyalty initiatives; monitor and respond to feedback across reviews, social comments and surveys
- Liaise with government agencies, institutional clients and corporate partners for catering, wholesale and café-in-café opportunities

**Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Prepare regular reports on campaign ROI, market share shifts, customer insights and strategic recommendations
- Analyze results to refine future marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate with KOLs, artists, and influencers.
- Experience in conducting surveys and identifying optimal items, places, and merchandise for the brand.
- Understanding of social media platforms and how they work.
- Ability to engage with government agencies for B2B business opportunities.
- Ability to engage with other brands for future collaboration opportunities.
